  • Prices
    All prices are in EURO per week. The price includes bed linen, bath and hand towels, internet access, final cleaning; including free entrance to the public indoor and outdoor swimming pool Mar Dolomit.
  • Val Gardena Mobilcard
    Our guests receive the digital Val Gardena Guest Pass (guest card) free of charge with their booking or at check-in, which includes the use of all buses in Val Gardena (except Nightbus & Monte Pana/Saltria bus) and almost all public transport in South Tyrol. The Val Gardena Guest Pass can already be used for arrival and departure.
  • Local tourism tax
    As of 1st January 2018, all South Tyrolean accommodation establishments charge a local tourism tax – children under 14 are exempt. The tax of 2,90 Euro per person/day is not included in the price.
  • Booking confirmation
    The booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
  • Cancellations
    Cancellations made up to 2 months prior to arrival may be cancelled without penalty. After that the total amount will be charged (100%). We recommend that you take out the travel insurance immediately after booking your stay. Thus, the cancellation charges can be covered and you can look forward to an untroubled vacation.
  • Check-in
    Arrival and departure: check-in after 3 pm, check-out within 10.00 am.
  • Pets
    We ask for your understanding that you can not bring your pet in our Apartments.
  • Internet
    In all apartments you can surf wireless ... of course for free! 
  • Cot and child seatz
    Cot and child seat are provided on request free of charge.
  • Washing machine
    Use of the laundry room with washing machine
